Lola Lavender Activity #1

Mum! I can't get to sleep!

We've all been there where our children struggle to get to sleep. I wanted to share some really simple tips using Lola Lavender that can be incorporated in a bedtime routine.

  1. Add a drop of Lavender to the front of your child's eye mask or on the label of their pajamas.

  2. Add a few drops of Lavender to a tbsp of a carrier oil in a cup of epsom salts and put into the bath. The epsom salts and lavender will be a perfect combination to help the children calm down, relax and prepare for sleep. A 10-15 minute bath is fine as otherwise they'll get too energised!

  3. Add a few drops of Lavender to your diffuser and place in the child's bedroom, keep the door slightly open.

  4. Roll the Lola Lavender roller bottle on the bottom of the child's foot and slowly move your fingers around the foot. This will help ground the child and the energy from the brain will be drawn down to the feet.

See how you can add Lola Lavender to an eye mask.

For a short activity with the children, create a sleep schedule with them. Get the children to decide how they would like to incorporate Lola Lavender oil to help them get a good night's sleep. Lola Lavender has really helped to create a lovely bonding time with the children in the evenings and I'm so grateful for the oil's calming effects!
